The most recent Wye Catchment Partnership meeting was on the 8th December at The Burton Hotel in Kington. The aim for the meeting was for partners to update on new projects that have been launched in 2017 as well as an opportunity to discuss two key new funding schemes. Project updates include:
- Herefordshire Wildlife Trust – Yazor Brook Natural Flood Management
- Bugs & Beasts – Yazor Brook Project
- Coed Cymru – Integrated Welsh Woodlands
- Powys Moorland Partnership – Sustainable Management Scheme project
- Managing Resources Sustainably in the Black Mountains – Brecon Beacons National Park
- River Arrow Eel Project – Lugg & Arrow Fisheries
- River Dore Phosphate & Sentinel2 Sediment Projects – Environment Agency
